The Blooming Willow Coaching team is comprised of primarily BIPOC Coaches who come with experience designing innovative non-traditional strategies, leading organizations, consulting, and coaching Changemakers who are reimagining our society.

The Impact of Coaching in the Workplace

BLO identified the need to develop a holistic capacity-building approach to support Black Leaders engaged in the multi-year initiative. They sought to bring in capacity-building partners that were able to support fund development, relationship building, coaching, strategic planning, and other methodologies that would support overall well-being.
Prior to the start of the initiative in 2018 Blooming Willow Coaching was invited to serve as the overall Coaching partner for the Accelerator Cohort and later Stabilizer Cohort. Blooming Willow Continues to actively support this initiative and is pleased to serve as a five-year partner of BLO.

Community Resource Exchange
The CRE team had been working continuously to support the growing and evolving needs of their clients during the ongoing COVID pandemic period. In addition, the team has continued to evolve over time, including making changes in leadership, structure, and services, all having a direct impact on their dynamic team.
To address these major changes, CRE sought a partnership with Blooming Willow Coaching to develop a three-month one-on-one coaching pilot to support their team with growth and healing.
