About the Blooming Willow Conductor Coaching Certification Programs
Blooming Willow Coaching offers 5 to 6-month International Coaching Federation Accredited programs that present the opportunity to grow, heal, challenge yourself, and build Healing Centered Coaching® skills that create liberation for all.
Changemakers considering applying for this intensive coach training program should consider setting aside a minimum of 20 hours per month to fulfill all course requirements.
Financing is available for each of our coaching and training programs.

As a Changemaker, you’ll complete 76 hours of training with our team to earn your International Coaching Federation Coaching Certification, including:
20-22 Live Virtual Class Sessions Facilitated by ICF Healing Centered Coaches
20 Practice Coaching Sessions Completed with Peers and Clients Outside of Class [4 Monthly]
10 Mentor Sessions [5 Sessions 1-on-1 and 5 Group]
5 Coaching Portfolio Assignments [1 Monthly]
Pass the Healing Centered Coaching Oral Competency Assessment • Score 70% or higher
Black Women Conductor Cohort
Blooming Willow’s Black Women Conductor Cohort is a safe space for healing, community care and growth for Black Women. During this six month coaching training program, Black Women are able to gather, connect and reimagine communities where Black Women are supported with Healing Centered Coaching and all people thrive.

All Aboard Conductor Cohort
Blooming Willow’s All Aboard Conductor Program unites BIPOC and white Changemakers across the globe on a journey to liberation through self-discovery, transformation, and community. This 5-month, International Coaching Federation Accredited program presents the opportunity to create social change and build Healing Centered Coaching® skills that provide liberation for all.
