Blooming Willow Coaching is honored to join forces with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to present our accredited Conductors Community Coaching Certification Program. This unique and intensive journey invites Changemakers to spend 5 to 6 months in a cohort of fellow Changemakers, all committed to personal growth and healing. During the interactive program, we equip Changemakers with the essential coaching skills, mentorship and practice needed to guide others through our transformative Healing Centered Coaching sessions.

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone has the innate potential to heal and realize their fullest selves. As Healing Centered Coaches, we are not fixers or rescuers; instead, we create safer, inclusive spaces for clients to focus on their own healing as they explore their inner worlds, challenge limiting beliefs, and discover new insights.

Through our Conductors Coach Certification Program, we teach 30 essential coaching competencies foundational to our Healing Centered Coaching Model®. This empowering model encourages clients to Pause, Ground, Align, and Act.
