These Coaching Circles are derived from the practices of Native Americans, First Nations, and Indigenous people. When enhanced with coaching, these circles provide an opportunity for Changemakers to receive support that encourages them to explore the complexities of navigating the world as Changemakers and supports them in designing effective and authentic ways to create balance in their work and lives.
