Our culturally relevant space invites both coaches and non-coaches to learn Healing Centered Coaching™ practices, while establishing a life of liberation for all.

Coach Training 101: Coaching Fundamentals for Changemakers

Coach Training 101 is an ideal workshop for students interested in building coaching skills, learning more about coaching or pursuing a coaching career. This workshop also serves as a first step toward becoming an ICF-certified Blooming Willow Coach, giving you an opportunity to preview before deciding if you want to continue with full certification training.

Learning to Coach: Introduction to Coaching for Changemakers

Learning to Coach is a workshop for students who are curious about building coaching skills and integrating them into daily life. In this 1-hour session, you’ll engage in experiential learning as you practice coaching and receive feedback on newly acquired skills.

Manager and Supervisor

Using a Coaching Approach: Coach Training for Managers & Supervisors

PRICE: $299

Using a Coaching Approach Training was created for Changemakers to build coaching skills that support them as a Manager or Supervisor. This training can serve as a solid introduction for leaders new to coaching, as well as a powerful refresher for leaders interested in strengthening their coaching.

  • Yes, this program does provide a letter for ICF to account for hours in the category of “Other Resources/ Self-Study” towards your required CCEs.

  • Each workshop has its own individual frequency, with some lasting two days and others monthly.

  • No. This program is open to all Changemakers, coaches, and healers who are interested in building Healing Centered Coaching skills.

  • Workshops are currently priced between $59 - $299.
